We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
A user must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Rejection
droidtester retains the right to reject any app testing submission for any reason.
Disclaimer
By using our automated testing services, you, the user, acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the use and outcomes of these services. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable automated testing tools, you understand that these tools may not cover all scenarios or detect all potential issues.

Reliance on Results: The results provided by our automated testing services are to be used as a guide only. You are responsible for interpreting these results and determining the appropriate course of action.
Comprehensive Testing: Automated testing is not a substitute for comprehensive manual testing. It is your responsibility to ensure that additional testing methods are employed where necessary.
Decision Making: Any decisions made based on the results of the automated testing are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on these results.
Error and Omission: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our automated testing tools, errors and omissions can occur. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or missed issues.
Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with relying solely on automated testing and agree to hold us harmless for any missed defects, errors, or other oversights.
Data and Privacy: You are responsible for ensuring that any data used in conjunction with our automated testing services complies with relevant data protection and privacy laws.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our automated testing services.

Concept of order/delivered service
Due to the nature of our service, the delivery of our list of testers will be understood as a ‘product’; the list is considered to be the file that we send to your email address with which you made the payment in ‘Stripe’. Therefore, once this file has arrived, the order will be marked in our system as completed and the service cannot be canceled for any reason since from that moment our team will be working on testing your application.
Returns and order cancellations
From the moment a service is contracted, these terms and conditions of the service are accepted and considered read and accepted. In the event that your application is not available at the time of testing or becomes unavailable while we carry out the testing, the order amount will not be refunded and a new order must be placed in order to verify the application. If you place an order, our team will always contact the email address associated with the order in ‘Stripe’. If you do not respond to our information requests to be able to test the application, we reserve the right to approve or deny the refund of the order amount. We will only refund the amount of orders that have been canceled before beginning the testing process. We can confirm that the testing process will begin from the moment we send you the list of testers, and will not end in any case until 14 days pass.
Steps to request a refund
The steps detailed below are mandatory in any case to be eligible to request a refund. In no case will we accept a refund request with a procedure other than that described, please read it carefully before proceeding with your request.
- Send us an email to officialdroidtester@gmail.com from the email address with which you made the payment in stripe indicating the reasons for canceling the order, please keep in mind that if the testing process has already started and/or has already If you have received the list of testers before the date on which you request a refund, we will not be able to accept your request.
- After receiving your email we will contact you confirming and/or rejecting your refund request, always respecting the conditions set in these terms and conditions.
In relation to updates and/or changes to your application that require a new verification
If after and/or during our testing process you submit an update and/or modification to your application through the Google Play console, our team will not be able to test your application. In this case you will have to request a new verification service and start the process again, since our testers cannot change and/or update the application once the testing process has been started. Please keep this in mind as we do not accept cancellation or refund of your order for these reasons.
Access and Account Creation
To access and use the droidtester service, users must create an account by using a social authentication providers (Google). By creating an account, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. droidtester reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
Your Content
“Your Content” means any and all information and content that you submit or use with the Service. As a user, you may submit Your Content on the Service. You shall be solely responsible for Your Content and you assume all risks associated with the use of Your Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or any disclosure of Your Content that personally identifies you or any third party. You affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use Your Content and you hereby grant droidtester an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform and prepare derivative works and otherwise exploit Your Content and to grant sub-licences of the foregoing rights. You hereby irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content. You also agree that Your Content may be retained by us for a reasonable period of time for the purpose of improving or enhancing our Service. You further agree that 20testers is not responsible for the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of Your Content.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by droidtester.
droidtester has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that droidtester shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Limitation of liability
