Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel campaigns, transactions, or your DroidTester publisher account. We aim to be transparent about what happens when you cancel.
1. Campaign Cancellation by Stage
The cancellation process and refund eligibility depend on your campaign's current stage:
Stage 1: Draft Campaign (Not Paid)
You can cancel a draft campaign at any time:
- Simply delete the draft from your dashboard
- No charge will be made
- No action required from our support team
Stage 2: Paid but Pending Admin Review
If you have paid but your campaign is still in "Pending Review" status:
- You can request cancellation by contacting support within 24 hours of payment
- Refund amount = Total paid minus payment gateway charges (2-3%)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Stage 3: Active Testing (Testers Assigned)
Once testers have been onboarded and testing is active, the campaign cannot be cancelled.
- Testers have committed their time and are compensated for it
- No refund is issued for the remaining unused testing days
- You may request early campaign end via support, but no refund applies
- The campaign will run until the scheduled end date
2. Campaign Pause vs. Cancellation
If you need to stop a campaign midway:
- Pause Feature: Available for active campaigns — you can pause testing and resume later within your campaign duration.
- Early End: You can request early termination via support, but remaining balance is non-refundable.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused testing days on active campaigns.
3. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your DroidTester publisher account at any time by:
- Using the "Delete My Account" option in your Profile settings, or
- Emailing support@droidtester.com with "Account Deletion Request" as the subject.
Before account cancellation, note the following:
- Any running campaigns will continue until their scheduled end date
- Wallet balance, if any, is non-refundable — use it before deletion
- Pending refunds will still be processed if applicable
- Active campaigns will complete as scheduled (no refunds)
- Your data will be retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial record-keeping laws, after which it will be permanently deleted
4. Wallet Top-Up Cancellation
Wallet top-ups cannot be cancelled or reversed once credited:
- Funds added to wallet are immediately available for use
- Wallet balance is non-refundable
- Use wallet for future campaigns or leave it for later use
- Balance does not expire as long as account is active
5. Payment Cancellation (Failed Transactions)
If a payment fails mid-way:
- The debited amount (if any) is usually auto-refunded within 5-7 business days by your bank/payment provider
- No action needed from your side for auto-refunds
- If not received after 7 days, contact us with the transaction reference
- The campaign will remain in draft/unpaid status until successful payment
6. Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription plan:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period
- No refunds for unused subscription days
- You can cancel future renewals from your dashboard settings
- The current subscription period remains active until expiry
7. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any campaign, subscription, or account that:
- Violates our Terms & Conditions
- Contains fraudulent apps, prohibited content, or malicious code
- Engages in chargeback fraud or payment abuse
- Attempts to manipulate tester reviews or platform metrics
- Violates Google Play Developer Program Policies
- Repeatedly submits apps rejected for policy violations
Upon such cancellation, no refunds are provided for active campaigns, and wallet balance may be forfeited.
8. Effect of Cancellation on Pending Actions
When a campaign or account is cancelled:

| Active Testers | Will be notified and reassigned |
| Campaign Reports | Will be available in your dashboard until account deletion |
| GST Invoices | Will be generated for all completed transactions |
| Wallet Balance | Forfeited upon account cancellation |
| Account Data | Retained for 7 years per legal requirements |
9. Reactivation After Cancellation
If your account was cancelled (not terminated by us):
- You may create a new account with the same email after 30 days
- Campaign history and reports from the previous account will not be transferred
- Wallet balance and refunds from the previous account are not recoverable
10. How to Request Cancellation
Campaign Cancellation (Pre-Approval):
- Email support@droidtester.com
- Subject: "Campaign Cancellation Request"
- Include: Campaign ID, Order ID, Reason
Account Deletion:
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account
- Or email with subject "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: Registered email, Account name, Reason (optional)
