Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel campaigns, transactions, or your account on DroidTester.
1. Campaign Cancellation Before Payment
You can cancel a draft campaign (created but unpaid) at any time from your dashboard. Simply delete the draft — there will be no charge.
2. Cancellation After Payment but Before Admin Approval
If you have paid but your campaign is still in "Pending Review" status, you can request cancellation by contacting support within 24 hours. Refund will follow our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation During Active Testing
Once testers have been onboarded and testing is active, the campaign cannot be cancelled. This is because testers have committed their time, and compensating them is required for ethical operation of the platform. You may end the campaign early (refer to the admin for this feature), but no refund is issued.
4. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your DroidTester account at any time by:
- Using the "Delete My Account" option in your Profile settings, or
- Emailing support@droidtester.com with "Account Deletion Request" as the subject.
Upon account cancellation:
- Any running campaigns will continue until they complete.
- Wallet balance, if any, will be frozen — contact support for possible refund (case-by-case).
- Your data will be retained for 7 years as required by financial record-keeping laws, after which it will be permanently deleted.
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails mid-way, the amount (if debited by your bank) is usually auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. If not received after 7 days, email us with the transaction reference.
6. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any campaign or account that violates our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent apps, prohibited content, or chargeback fraud.
