This Wallet Policy explains how the DroidTester publisher wallet works — how to add funds, use them for campaigns, and what happens to your balance over time. The wallet is a convenient way to manage your campaign payments without using a payment gateway for every transaction.

1. What Is the Publisher Wallet?

The DroidTester Publisher Wallet is a pre-paid balance system that allows you to:

  • Add funds in advance to use for campaign payments
  • Pay for campaigns instantly without card/UPI processing
  • Track your spending and manage campaign budgets
  • Avoid repeated payment gateway hassles for each campaign

2. Adding Funds (Top-Up)

You can add funds to your wallet at any time:

  • Minimum Top-Up: ₹500 per transaction
  • Maximum Top-Up: ₹1,00,000 per transaction
  • Available Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking
  • Instant Credit: Funds appear in your wallet immediately after successful payment

Note: Payment gateway charges (2-3%) apply to wallet top-ups just like regular campaign payments.

3. Using Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance can be used for:

  • Paying for new campaign purchases
  • Renewing existing campaigns
  • Adding additional testing days/packages
  • Any other paid service on the platform

Auto-Deduction: When you purchase a campaign, the amount is automatically deducted from your wallet balance (if sufficient). If balance is insufficient, you can use other payment methods.

4. Wallet Balance & Limits

5. Wallet Balance Is Non-Refundable

Important: Once funds are added to your wallet, they cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Please consider this before topping up.

  • Wallet balance is not transferable to your bank account
  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another publisher account
  • Wallet balance cannot be converted to cash under any circumstances
  • Unused balance remains in your account for future campaigns

If you have concerns about duplicate top-ups due to technical errors, contact support within 7 days.

6. Transaction History

Your wallet transaction history is available in your dashboard:

  • All Top-Ups: Date, amount, payment method, transaction ID
  • All Deductions: Date, amount, campaign name, order ID
  • Balance Statement: Current balance, available balance, pending deductions

Download transaction history as needed for your accounting records.

7. GST on Wallet Top-Ups

  • GST (18%) is applicable on all wallet top-ups for Indian customers.
  • GST invoice is generated and emailed within 24 hours of top-up.
  • Invoice includes your GSTIN if provided during registration.
  • Wallet top-up receipts can be used for business expense tracking.

8. Inactivity & Maintenance Fee

If you do not log into your DroidTester account for 12 consecutive months:

  • A maintenance fee of ₹100 per month may be deducted from your wallet balance.
  • You will be notified via email before fees begin.
  • If wallet balance reaches zero, no further deductions occur.
  • To avoid fees, log in at least once every 12 months or use your balance.

If you plan to be inactive for an extended period, we recommend using your wallet balance before the 12-month mark.

9. Account Deletion & Wallet Balance

When you delete your publisher account:

  • Wallet balance is forfeited — no refunds
  • Use all your wallet balance before requesting deletion
  • Pending campaigns will continue and deduct from your wallet until completion
  • Ensure all campaigns are completed or cancelled before deletion

Recommendation: Redeem or use your entire wallet balance before proceeding with account deletion.

10. Failed & Refunded Transactions

  • Failed Payments: If a top-up payment fails, the amount is auto-refunded within 5-7 business days.
  • Campaign Refunds: If you receive a refund for a campaign paid via wallet, the refunded amount is credited back to your wallet (not to your bank).
  • Duplicate Charges: Contact support within 7 days with transaction proof.

11. Wallet Security

  • Your wallet is linked to your publisher account — keep your login credentials secure.
  • Do not share your account password with anyone.
  • Report any unauthorized transactions immediately.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
