Shipping & Delivery Policy

DroidTester is a fully digital service — we do not ship physical products. This policy clarifies how our digital services are delivered to publishers who use our platform to recruit beta testers for their Android applications.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All services on DroidTester are provided digitally through our web platform at publisher.droidtester.com. As a publisher, you access your dashboard, campaign management tools, and reports entirely online.

  • No physical shipping involved
  • No delivery address required
  • Available 24×7 from anywhere with internet access

2. Campaign Activation Timeline

After successful payment, here is the typical campaign activation process:

Payment Confirmation Immediate Order is recorded, invoice generated and emailed
Admin Review Within 24 hours Our team reviews your campaign for policy compliance
Approval/Rejection After review You receive email notification with outcome and reason
Tester Onboarding 24-48 hours post-approval Testers are assigned and notified to begin testing
Testing Begins After onboarding Real-time activity visible in your dashboard

3. GST Invoice Delivery

For Indian customers with valid GST registration:

  • Invoice Generation: GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated upon successful payment.
  • Email Delivery: Invoice is emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of payment.
  • Dashboard Access: All invoices are available for download from your dashboard under "Billing > Invoices".
  • Invoice Format: PDFs include your GSTIN, business name, HSN code, tax breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST), and our company details.
  • Amendments: If you need corrections to an invoice (GSTIN, company name, address), contact us within 7 days.

4. Wallet Top-Up Delivery

When you add funds to your DroidTester wallet:

  • Instant Credit: Wallet balance is credited immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Minimum Amount: ₹500 minimum per top-up transaction.
  • Confirmation: You will see the updated balance immediately in your dashboard.
  • Invoice: A receipt is generated and available in your billing section.
  • Any Delay: If balance is not reflected within 10 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference.

5. Receipts & Transaction Records

All your financial records are accessible through your dashboard:

  • Order History: Complete list of all campaigns purchased with dates and amounts.
  • Invoices: Downloadable GST invoices for all successful transactions.
  • Wallet Transactions: All top-ups and deductions with timestamps.
  • Credit History: Any refunds or credits applied to your account.

Keep your login credentials secure to protect access to these records.

6. Service Availability

  • Our platform operates 24×7 with 99.9% uptime target.
  • Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance via email and platform notifications.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice — we aim to keep this under 30 minutes.
  • Campaign timers and tester assignments are handled with timezone-aware scheduling.

7. International Delivery

Since DroidTester offers only digital services:

  • No shipping restrictions — publishers from any country can use the platform.
  • Currency: All prices displayed in INR. International customers are billed in INR at prevailing exchange rates.
  • Payment Methods: International cards accepted via our payment gateway.
  • GST: Not applicable for customers outside India. Proper tax invoices will be provided based on your billing country.

8. What Is Not Delivered

DroidTester provides tester recruitment and campaign management services. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific number of app installs from testers
  • Positive reviews or star ratings on Google Play
  • Improvement in your app's store ranking
  • Conversion rates or user engagement metrics

We deliver testers to your campaign — how your app performs after installation depends on your app quality and user experience.

9. Delivery Failures & Errors

If you've paid for a campaign but don't see it in your dashboard:

  1. Refresh the dashboard page (clear cache if needed).
  2. Check your email for payment confirmation and invoice.
  3. Check your spam/junk folder.
  4. If still not visible after 15 minutes, contact support@droidtester.com with:
    • Order ID / Transaction ID
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation
    • Bank statement showing the debit (if applicable)

10. Order Status Definitions

Status Meaning
Pending Payment Order created but payment not completed
Payment Processing Payment gateway is processing your transaction
Payment Failed Transaction did not go through — retry or contact support
Pending Review Paid and in admin review queue
Approved Campaign approved, testers being onboarded
Rejected Campaign rejected — refund initiated automatically
Testing Active Campaign live with testers working
Completed Campaign finished as per schedule
Cancelled Campaign cancelled before testing began
