DroidTester is a fully digital service — we do not ship physical products. This policy clarifies how our digital services are delivered to customers.
1. Digital Service Delivery
All services on DroidTester are provided digitally through our web platform at publisher.droidtester.com. There is no physical shipping involved.
2. Campaign Delivery Timeline
- Immediate: After successful payment, your campaign enters the admin review queue.
- Within 24 hours: Admin reviews the campaign for policy compliance.
- Post-approval: Testers are onboarded and testing begins within 24–48 hours.
- Throughout testing: You can track real-time tester count, status, and daily activity from your dashboard.
3. Wallet Top-Up Delivery
Wallet top-ups are credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway. Any delay beyond 10 minutes should be reported to support.
4. Receipts & Invoices
Transaction receipts are generated automatically and are always available in your dashboard under Credit History. You can download any invoice at any time.
5. Service Availability
Our platform operates 24×7 with minimal downtime for maintenance. Scheduled maintenance, when required, is communicated in advance via email and platform notifications.
6. No Physical Shipping
Since DroidTester offers only digital services:
- No shipping charges apply.
- No physical address is required at checkout.
- International customers can use the service without any shipping restrictions.
7. Delivery Failures
If you've paid for a campaign but your dashboard does not reflect the purchase within 10 minutes, please:
- Refresh the dashboard page.
- Check your email for a payment confirmation.
- If still not visible, contact support with your Order ID.
