Welcome to DroidTester. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the publisher platform operated by Zodroid Media ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using DroidTester, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zodroid Media.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You must be a business entity registered in India or an individual with a valid PAN card.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions of your employees or representatives.

3. Publisher Account

  • Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We use industry-standard hashing, but you must not share your login credentials.
  • One Account: Each business or individual may maintain only one publisher account. Multiple accounts for bypassing limits or circumventing policies are prohibited.
  • Verification: We may require KYC verification (PAN, GST number, business documents) before activating certain features or increasing campaign limits.
  • Account Suspension: We may suspend your account if provided information is found to be false or if you violate these Terms.

4. Campaign Submission Rules

When you publish a campaign to get testers for your app, you agree to the following:

  • App Ownership: The app you submit must be your own property, or you must have the legal right to distribute and promote it through our platform.
  • Valid Play Store Link: You must provide a valid, publicly available Google Play Store link for the app under testing.
  • App Compliance: Your app must:
    • Comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
    • Not contain malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
    • Not perform unauthorized actions on the tester's device.
    • Not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
    • Not contain adult, gambling, or other prohibited content as per our guidelines.
  • App Updates: If you push a major update to your app on the Play Store during an active campaign, notify us immediately. Test sessions for the old version may be invalidated.
  • Campaign Accuracy: The campaign description, testing requirements, and target audience you specify must be accurate and not misleading.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Plan Pricing: Campaign prices are displayed in INR on the platform. Prices are subject to change with 7 days prior notice.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax):
    • GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added to all invoices for Indian customers.
    • If you are registered for GST, provide your GSTIN during registration to receive valid GST invoices.
    • GST invoice will be generated and emailed within 24 hours of successful payment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept:
    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
    • Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
    • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
    • Wallet Balance (pre-paid from Wallet Top-Up)
  • Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed via Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card details. Card data is handled directly by Cashfree in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Currency: All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, currency conversion is as per the prevailing exchange rates.

6. Wallet System

  • Wallet Top-Up: You can pre-add funds to your DroidTester wallet using any available payment method. Minimum top-up amount is ₹500.
  • Wallet Balance: Wallet balance can be used to pay for campaigns, renewals, and additional testing packages.
  • Non-Refundable: Wallet balance is non-refundable once credited. Use it for future campaigns.
  • Expiry: Wallet balance does not expire as long as your account is active.
  • Inactivity: If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, a maintenance fee of ₹100/month may be deducted from the wallet balance.
  • Wallet Transfer: Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another publisher account.

7. Campaign Lifecycle

  • Creation: Create a campaign by selecting the testing package, duration, and specifying app details.
  • Payment: Complete payment to enter the admin review queue.
  • Admin Review: Our team reviews your campaign within 24 hours for:
    • Valid Google Play Store link
    • Policy compliance (no prohibited content)
    • Accurate campaign description
    • App functionality on real devices
  • Approval: If approved, testers are onboarded within 24-48 hours and testing begins.
  • Rejection: If rejected, you will receive a reason. A full refund is issued automatically within 5-7 business days.
  • Active Testing: During the campaign, you can monitor real-time tester count, activity logs, screenshots, and review submissions from your dashboard.
  • Completion: Once the campaign duration ends or tester slots are exhausted, the campaign is marked complete.

8. Refund & Cancellation

  • Pre-Testing Refund: If your campaign is paid but not yet approved or started, you may request a full refund minus payment gateway charges by contacting support within 24 hours.
  • Admin Rejection: If your campaign is rejected for policy violations, you receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Active Campaign: Once testing begins and testers are assigned, the payment is non-refundable for unused testing days.
  • Wallet Top-Up: Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Plan carefully before adding funds.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Submit apps containing malware, spyware, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the DroidTester platform.
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass campaign limits or pricing tiers.
  • Harass, solicit, or directly contact testers outside the platform.
  • Share tester contact information or attempt to work around our platform.
  • Resell or redistribute DroidTester services without written authorization.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or artificial traffic to inflate campaign metrics.
  • Submit apps that lead to google play policy violations for testers.
  • Manipulate app ratings through coordinated or incentivized reviews.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or our campaign policies.
  • Submit apps with prohibited or malicious content.
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse.
  • Attempt to manipulate tester reviews or campaign metrics.
  • Repeatedly submit apps rejected for policy violations.

Upon termination, unused wallet balance may be forfeited, and pending refunds may not be processed.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, documentation, and the DroidTester platform are the intellectual property of Zodroid Media.
  • You retain full ownership of the apps you submit for testing and the content you provide in campaign descriptions.
  • By submitting your app and content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it for the purpose of tester recruitment.
  • You may not use our logos, branding, or trademarks without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

DroidTester is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific number of installs or reviews from testers.
  • Improvement in app ratings or store ranking.
  • 100% tester engagement or completion rates.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zodroid Media, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of apps that harm testers or third parties.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
  • Before filing any dispute, you agree to attempt resolution through our support team within 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
