Welcome to DroidTester. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the publisher platform operated by Zodroid Media. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use DroidTester. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We use industry-standard hashing, but you must not share your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Publisher Obligations

When you publish a campaign to get testers for your app, you agree that:

• The app you submit is your own property or you have the legal right to distribute it.
• The app does not contain malware, illegal content, or violate any third-party rights.
• The app complies with Google Play's developer policies.
• You will provide a valid Google Play Store link so testers can install the app.

4. Tester Interactions

Testers installed via DroidTester are real users performing genuine testing activity. DroidTester does not guarantee installs lead to app reviews, ratings, or sales. Testers earn coins for completing their daily testing commitments.

5. Payments

• Plan prices are displayed in INR or USD at checkout. Taxes (GST) are added where applicable for Indian customers.
• All payments are processed via Cashfree or other listed gateways. We do not store card details.
• Upon successful payment, your campaign goes for admin review before it's made live.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once testing for a campaign begins, the payment becomes non-refundable for unused testing days.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit apps that contain malware, spyware, or perform unauthorized actions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the DroidTester platform.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• Harass, solicit, or directly contact testers outside the platform.
• Resell or redistribute DroidTester services without written authorization.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination, unused balances may be refunded at our discretion, subject to investigation completion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and the DroidTester platform are the intellectual property of Zodroid Media. You retain ownership of the apps you submit for testing.

10. Limitation of Liability

DroidTester is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
